摘要
知识分子犯罪同其他人员犯罪相比具有非常明显的特征,通常表现为智能型、干部型、经济型、反侦破型等,其成因也不同于其他犯罪。应针对知识分子的犯罪特点及成因,提出相应的应对方法,有效遏制这一特殊犯罪。
Crimes committed by intellectuals are characterized by intelligent nature, power abusive nature, e- conomical nature and anti - detective nature. The causes are also different from that of other crimes. This article makes a brief analysis on the characteristics and causes, and based on which proposes appropriate countermeasures against such crimes.
