信息化侦查是指围绕侦查工作目标,利用信息技术和信息资源,优化和完善侦查业务的一切理论与实践的总和。就目前我国公安机关尤其是侦查业务部门的现状而言,信息化侦查尚未成熟到可以支持全部案件侦查的程度,故而建立起一套标准化的信息化侦查效益评估机制,迫在眉睫。

The information - based technology investigation is the sum of all the theories and practices with the purpose of criminal investigation, using information - based technology and resources to optimize and improve the detection tasks. For now, China＇s public security departments, especially investigation departments, do not have the information - based technology investigation mature enough to support the extent of the investigation of all cases based on the existing situations. Therefore establishing the information -based investigation standardized perform- ance evaluation system is urgent.
