从“六小警务”看警察执法延伸

河南农村社区的变迁给警务工作带来了新的问题和挑战,传统警务模式面临困境。执法延伸是警察在执法过程中的行为延伸,是警察超越现有的执法范围,为了化解社会矛盾、预防违法犯罪而实施的执法相关行为。"六小警务"的主要内容就是一种警察执法的职能延伸;而且"六小警务"不限于执法延伸,更进一步地走向了民生警务的更高境界。

The transformation of the rural communities in Henan province brings about new problems and chal- lenges to police work, which makes the traditional policing difficult to take effects. The extension of law enforcement is the extension of a policeman＇s activities while enforcing the law. It is also his overstepping of the present law boundaries in order to resolve social conflicts and prevent crimes. ＂Six small policing aspects＂ mechanism is an extension of a policeman~ law enforcement, an extension of law enforcement towards a higher realm of peoples＇livelihood policing.
