摘要 插齿刀参数的选取决定着插齿刀寿命、耐用度和被加工齿轮质量。为了使渐开线内齿轮插齿刀获得更好的切削性能,综合考虑切入顶切、干涉顶切等约束条件,建立了以插齿刀最大重磨厚度、最大变位系数及最大齿数参数为优化目标的数学模型,该模型为插齿刀参数优化设计奠定了基础。在所建立的数学模型基础上,针对传统插齿刀参数优化方法不易全局寻优、迭代收敛慢等不足,提出了一种基于Matlab遗传算法工具箱求解渐开线直齿内插齿刀参数的优化设计方法。 The parameter selection of the gear shaper cutter will affect the cutting characters including the service life endurance of the gear shaper cutter and the quality of the processed gears.By comprehensive consideration of the constraint conditions for cut-in top cut and interfered top cut,a mathematical model is established by taking the parameters such as regrinding thickness of gear shaper cutter,the maximum deflection coefficient and the maximum number of teeth as the optimization objectives in order to enable the gear shaper cutter for inner gears with involute curve to obtain preferable cutting performances.This model has laid the foundation in design for parameter optimization of gear shaper cutter.On the base of established mathematical model and aiming at the deficiency i.e.the traditional parameter optimization method for gear shaper cutter is difficult in global optimization and slow in iterative convergence,this article proposes a new design method to optimize the parameters of the internal gear shaper cutter for processing of the involute straight tooth which is built on the toolbox of Matlab genetic algorithm.
