重大群体性事件演化升级的影响因素分析——基于扎根理论方法的研究

Influencing Factors in Evolution of Major Group Events——a Study Based on the Grounded Theory

借用扎根理论方法,在对所选取的近年来我国重大群体性事件典型群案例进行逐一的数据信息收集、比较、聚类和编码分析基础上,得出情景刺激、社会认知、群体结构以及群体心理四个重要且重复出现的关键影响因素,由此构建起重大群体性事件演化升级影响因素的概念模型。其中情景刺激作为投射于社会公众心理的"现实事件"产生巨大的心理冲击,对此的社会认知和集体解读成为聚集群众行为选择的中介变量,而群体结构和群体心理则直接推动重大群体性事件的演化升级。

Using the grounded theory method,we found four repeatedly occurring key factors and variables——scenarios stimulation,social cognition,group structure and group psychology——and developed a conceptual model of major group events evolution on the foundation of data collection,comparison,clustering and coding in selected major mass incidents in China in recent years.The scenario stimulation projects on the public psychology as a ＂real event＂.The cognition and collective social awareness become an intermediary variable of behavior choices.The group structure and group psychology directly promote and upgrade the evolution of major group events.
