和谐信息化一致性与信息化绩效关系验证

Research on Relationship between Hexie Informationization Alignment and Informationization Performance

回顾和借鉴了企业信息化研究中关于"一致性"的研究成果,基于中国126家公司的调查数据,利用积差相关分析,对环境、组织、领导、信息系统战略、信息化和谐主题及和谐机制6个变量之间的一致性问题进行了实证检验。结果表明,相比信息化绩效低的公司,信息化绩效高的公司变量间的显著相关系数数目更多,系数绝对值也更大,即信息化绩效高的公司变量间一致性程度高。研究结果深化了和谐信息化体系的研究,丰富和发展了和谐管理理论在企业信息化建设领域的应用,同时对企业的信息化建设实践也具有一定的指导意义。

Based on the review of business-IT alignment,an empirical test is developed to explore the relationship between the fit among six variables and firm performance.The six variables including environment（E）,organization（O）,leadership（L）,information system strategy（ITS）,informationization Hexie Theme（HT） and informationization Hexie mechanism（HX） are considered.We analyze the data from 126 Chinese firms by the product-moment correlation analysis.The results show that there are more and bigger significant correlation coefficients in high informationization performance firms than in the low informationization performance firms.That is,the fit degree among six variables is higher in high performance firms.The results deepen the study of Hexie informationization theory,enrich the application of Hexie management theory in the field of enterprise informationization,and it＇s also significant for the development of Chinese firms.
