基于SNA方法的创新驿站组织间网络研究——以中国首批32个创新驿站为例

Research on IRC Network between Organizations by SNA:the Case of the First 32 IRCs in China

创新驿站网络正在全球范围内兴起。现有文献仅限于创新驿站的案例分析、运行模式、评价方法、标杆管理、经纪人队伍建设等方面,创新驿站网络研究并不多见。运用社会网络分析方法,对中国首批32个创新驿站形成的组织间网络进行实证研究,通过分析网络的密度、中心度和派系,揭示创新驿站网络的结构、属性与特征,总结中国创新驿站运行的经验与问题。

IRC network is growing up in the world.Just emphasizing the case analysis,operating mode,evaluating methods,benchmarking and broker force development,the present literature pays little attention to IRC network.The article uses SNA to analyze IRC network between organizations,which includes density,centrality and cliques,to depict its structure and feature,and sums up the problems of 32 IRC s in China.
