醒脑阴阳透刺法对急性脑梗死患者血清LPA的影响

Effect of Xingnao yin and yang method on LPA in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的观察醒脑阴阳透刺法对急性脑梗死患者血清中溶血磷脂酸(LPA)含量的影响。方法将72例急性脑梗死患者随机分为醒脑阴阳透刺组(针刺Ⅰ组)、阳明经组(针刺Ⅱ组)、药物组,采用双波长紫外分光比色法对血清中LPA进行检测,并进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分。结果三组患者治疗前后比较均能明显减小神经功能缺损程度(P<0.01),两针刺组明显好于药物组(P<0.01),且针刺Ⅰ组明显优于针刺Ⅱ组(P<0.01);治疗前后三组均能降低LPA的含量,差异具有极显著性(P<0.01),针刺Ⅰ组与药物组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论醒脑阴阳透刺法可以让ACI患者生活质量提升,其作用机制可能是通过降低患者血清中LPA和LDL含量,从而减少细胞坏死或凋亡,减轻脑血管痉挛和抑制血脑屏障的破坏,从而达到对缺血性脑血管病患者的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effect of needles penetrating Xingnao yin and yang method in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction LPA（lysophosphatidic acid）content. MethodsTotal of 72 cases of acute cerebral infarction in hospitalized patients were randomly divided into three groups and each group were 24 cases which were acupuncture group Ⅰ,acupuncture group Ⅱ,and simple drug group Ⅲ.The LPA in serum was detected by using dual wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and to determine the clinical efficacy through ability to score for the clinical neurological deficit scores. ResultsGroup compared three groups can significantly reduce the degree of neurological deficits（P〈0.01）,the two acupuncture group was significantly better than the drug group（P〈0.01）,and the acupuncture group Ⅰ was better than acupuncture group Ⅱ（P〈0.01）.Group compared three groups could significantly reduce serum LPA levels（P〈0.01）,the acupuncture group Ⅰ was significantly better than the simple drug group（P〈0.01）,and the acupuncture group Ⅱ was slightly better than the drug group,and the acupuncture group Ⅰ was significantly better than the acupuncture in group Ⅱ（P〈0.01）. ConclusionYin and Yang penetrating acupuncture Xingnao with acute cerebral infarction can promote functional recovery in patients with nerve defects and improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and its mechanism may be through lowering of serum LPA content,reducing cell necrosis or apoptosis,reduce cerebral vasospasm and suppression of the destruction of the blood-brain barrier,thus achieving a therapeutic effect in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
