小鼠颈部辅助性心脏移植模型改良的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨小鼠颈部异位心脏移植手术的技术方法及其改进,为移植免疫学研究提供动物模型。方法采用袖套法将供体的肺动脉与受体颈外静脉,主动脉与颈总动脉进行重建,共进行手术70例。结果受体准备时间:(11.5±2.3)min,供心切取时间:(8.4±2.5)min,主、肺动脉吻合时间:(3.1±1.4)min、(4.1±2.1)min,术后1周、1个月存活率分别为95.71%、92.86%。结论该方法能有效地缩短手术时间,降低手术难度,是一种稳定、可靠、有效的建模方法。 Objective To establish a murine model of cardiac transplantation for basic research in this field.Methods By using self-made cuffs,the donor pulmonary artery was amastomosed to the recipient right external jugular vein,the donor ascending aorta was anastomosed to the recipient right common carotid artery.Operations were performed in 70 cases.Results The operation time for Receptor preparation was(11.5±2.3) min and for donor was(8.4±2.5) min.The arterial and venous anastomosis took(3.1±1.4) min and(4.1±2.1) min,respectively.The survival rates of 1 week and 1-month were 95.71% and 92.86% after operation.Conclusion The improved technique of the operation reduces the operating difficulty,shortens the operating time,and can establish a stable reliable heart transplantation model in mice.
