七氟烷麻醉在婴幼儿腹腔镜手术中的应用(附60例报告) 被引量:3

摘要 婴幼儿腹腔镜手术创伤小、恢复快,近年被广泛应用于临床,选择合适的麻醉方法以及小儿麻醉的安全性越来越引起人们的关注。腹腔镜手术行CO2气腹后对小儿的呼吸循环等生理功能影响显著,要求术中维持较深的麻醉,并能迅速、完全地苏醒。
