固溶处理对冷弯TP347H钢管组织和性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用金相试验、扫描电镜试验、硬度试验和双环电化学动电位再活化法(DL-EPR)试验等方法,研究不同的固溶处理温度对冷弯TP347H钢管组织和性能的影响。结果表明,TP347H钢管经过冷弯变形后,晶内有大量的滑移线出现,硬度超出标准许可范围,抗晶间腐蚀能力降低。经固溶处理后,滑移线和第二相减少,硬度降低。固溶处理温度对弯管的抗晶间腐蚀能力影响很大,从1050℃到1150℃,弯管的抗晶间腐蚀能力先变强,在1 100℃达到峰值,然后变弱。TP347H的最佳固溶处理温度为1 100℃。 Effect of different solution treatment temperature on microstructure and property of cold bending TP347H steel tube is studied by microscopic test,scanning electron microscopy test,hardness test,DL-EPR test and other methods.The results show that there are a lot of slip lines in the intragranular of TP347H tube after cold bending deformation.The hardness exceeds the standard permission level and resistance to intergranular corrosion is reduced.After solution treatment,slip line and second-phase is reduced and the hardness is decreased.The influence of solution treatment temperature on the resistance to intergranular corrosion of elbow tube is significant.From 1 050 ℃ to 1 150 ℃,resistance to intergranular corrosion of elbow tube become strong first.It reach the peak at 1 100 ℃,then it becomes weak gradually.The best solution treatment temperature of TP347H steel tube is 1 100 ℃.
