摘要
向MS培养基中加入不同浓度配比的BA、SA和IAA,以观测继代苗芽的生长状况。结果表明:MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+SA 0.5 mg/L、MS+BA 0.5mg/L+SA 0.1mg/L、MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+SA 0.5mg/L、MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L、MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L、MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L+BA 1.0 mg/L和MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L培养唐菖蒲继代苗,其增殖效果极显著,其中MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+SA 0.5 mg/L培养基对提高唐菖蒲继代苗的增殖效果最好,达110%。硝酸银对唐菖蒲继代苗的生长也具有一定的促进作用,MS+AgNO32.0mg/L对唐菖蒲继代苗的生长促进效果最好。
Gladiolus successive seedlings were induced well on MS medium supplied BA 0.5 mg/L and SA 0.5 mg/L,BA 0.5mg/L and SA 0.1 mg/L,BA 0.5 mg/L and SA 0.5mg/L,IAA 0.5 mg/L and BA 0.5 mg/L,IAA 0.5 mg/L and BA 0.5 mg/L,IAA 0.5 mg/L and BA 1.0 mg/L,IAA 0.1 mg/L and BA 0.5 mg/L,which were significant compared with the control at 0.01 level.The effect of MS medium supplied BA 0.5 mg/L and SA 0.5 mg/L was the best with 110%.Gladiolus successive seedlings were induced well on MS medium supplied silver nitrate 2.0 mg/L.
