硫精矿和工业盐酸反应生成硫化氢影响因素的实验研究

摘要 本文对硫精矿和工业盐酸反应生产硫化氢的工艺过程进行了实验研究,探索了实验影响因素,并研究了反应时间、反应温度及盐酸浓度对反应过程的影响,获得了优化的工艺条件。优化的工艺条件为:盐酸浓度30%(wt)起始反应温度为40℃、20 min后将反应温度控制在80℃、再恒温反应30 min。实验证明此法生产的硫化氢纯度达到98%,收率在85%以上。本实验为硫精矿的利用提供了一个新途径,同时可供实验室制备硫化氢做参考。 Experiment of sulfur concentrate reacting with industrial hydrochloric acid to form hydrogen sulfide was conducted to examine influential factors.The optimized process conditions were acquired by experimental method to analysis the affect of time,temperature and concentration of hydrochloric acid.In this test,85% the hydrogen sulfide yield was achieved,with the purity of 98%.The process conditions were optimized with 30% of hydrochloric acid contem,80 ℃ of stable temperature control continued for 30 minutes after 20 minutes of the initial reaction temperature(40 ℃).This work provided a novel method for use of sulfur concentrate,and the results of this work can be referred in laboratory preparation of hydrogen sulfide.
