摘要
以注塑机肘杆机构作为研究对象,分析机构不对称的原因,在此基础上建立仿真模型并进行求解。为改善导柱受力状况,还对误差进行灵敏度分析,并结合实例提出改进措施。
Taking elbow lever mechanism of injection molding machine as an object of study, analyses the reason of asymmetry of mechanism, based on this, builds the simulation models and solves it.To improve the load bearing conditions of guide column, also carries on the sensibility analysis to the error, an example is shown to propose the corrective measure.
