摘要
将迈克尔逊干涉仪与反射计有机结合,提出一种全新的测量高分子材料折射率的方法.针对液体、粉末等不同形态的样品,设计相应的盛放容器,并利用上述方法对高分子材料的折射率进行测量.
Based on the Michelson interference,this paper proposes a novel photoelectricity reflectometry measuring refractive index of polymer materials.A cube container was designed according to different forms of polymer samples,for example liquid,powder etc.The refractive index of the polymer materials is measured using the above method.
