摘要
高炉入炉物料的筛分对高炉顺行有重要意义。首钢炼铁厂在试验的基础上 ,对高炉槽下烧结矿、生矿、球团矿及焦炭筛分系统进行了改造 ,使其筛分效率均达到 90 %以上 ,高炉入炉粉矿及碎焦含量连续 3年保持在 5 %以下 。
On the basis of theoretical analysis and test, the vibrating sieving system for sintered ore, raw ore pellet and coke under BF trough was revamped Now the screen sizing efficiency exceeds 90 % and fine content of ore and coke is under 5 % in last 3 year This is very effective for successful efficient BF operation
