我国竞技体育持续发展的重要途径之一是建设好普通高校高水平运动队.高水平运动队要想取得佳绩,离不开科学的管理.结合当前高校高水平运动队管理实践,运用组织行为学、管理学、心理学等相关学科的理论,从组织文化的视角对普通高校高水平运动队的管理进行探讨.阐述运动队组织文化的内涵,并提出高水平运动队组织文化建设应该从确立目标,策划组织文化;选择运动队价值观,确立行为标准;创造适宜心理环境;塑造组织形象以及不断更新组织文化等方面着手.

For the sustainable development of athletics sports of our country,an important way is to build ordinary universities high level sports team.If high level sports team want to get success,it can not be separated from the scientific management.Combining the current universities high level sports team management practices,by means of organizational behavior,management,psychology and other related theory,discuss the ordinary universities high level sports team management from the angle of organizational culture.Expounds the connotation of sports organizational culture,and puts forward the high level sports team organization culture construction should establish targets,plan organization culture;choose sports team values,set standard of behavior;create a favorable psychological environment;shape organization image and constantly update from the aspects such as organizational culture.
