跨国公司在华FDI与我国的引资政策思考

Research on Foreign Direct Investments and Foreign Investment Policy in China

对外开放以来,得益于我国政府审时度势的外资政策,跨国公司在华FDI规模不断扩大,外资质量也日益提高,对我国国民经济发展产生了多方面有利影响,与此同时引资政策的一刀切性质以及地方政府的恶性引资竞争也给FDI带来了一些负面影响。本文首先回顾了不同阶段跨国公司在华FDI状况及相应外资政策,进而就FDI对我国国民经济的影响及外资政策得失进行了评价。

Since China has opened its door to the outside, the amount as well as （FDI） has been increasing. FDI has generated many positive economic effects, while the quality of foreign direct investment one-size-fits-all policy and serious regional competition also brought some negative FDI effects. This paper reviewed FDI status and foreign investment policy in different stages, and evaluated FDI＇ s effects and gains and losses of foreign investment policies.
