摘要 文章提出了一种空间应用的宽带Ku频段形状可调线性化电路,并给出了设计和测试结果。这种线性化模块可以调节非线性曲线的形状,能较好地匹配同频段不同行波管的非线性特性,减少设计的重复性,加快型号研制进度。在12.25GHz~12.75GHz频带范围内具有良好的带内一致性,带内波动小于0.8dB,可提供4dB的增益补偿和40°的相位补偿,对行波管的非线性补偿明显,使用该线性化器的线性化行波管放大器,三阶载交比(C/I3)有较大提高。 The design and test results of a novel broadband linearizer is presented in this paper,which has been devel- oped for space satellite system at Ku band. This linearizer architecture possesses new advanced shape tuning capability in ad- dition to the classical magnitude control of the gain expansion and phase shift. This new feature is compatible with a wide band operation. A frequency bandwidth of 500 MHz has been demonstrated with a Ku-band TWTA between 12.25 andl2. 75GHz,and has the same characteristics at frequency bandwidth The linearizer can provide gain expansion up to 5dB and phase expansion up to 40 degree. A C/I3 improvement of about 26dB at - 4dB input back-off (IBO) per carrier could be obtained by using this linearizer.
