HPLC法测定马兰中大黄酸的含量

Determination of rehin in Kalimeris indica(L.) Sch-Bip by HPLC

目的建立中草药马兰中大黄酸含量的测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法(HPLC);色谱柱:Kromasil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(65∶35);检测波长:254 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1 ml.min-1。结果大黄酸在1.14～45.6 mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.24%,其RSD值为1.03%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、可靠、灵敏、简便,适合马兰中大黄含量的测定。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of rehin in Kalimeris indica（L.） Sch-Bip.Methods HPLC was performed on a Kromasil-C18 column and the mobile phase was methanol-（0.1%） phosphoric acid.The detection wavelength was 254 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1.Results Rehin showed a good linear relationship at a concentration range from 1.14 to 45.6 mg·L-1,the average recovery was 99.24% and RSD was 1.03%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,sensitive,simple and suitable for the determination of rehin in Kalimeris indica（L.） Sch-Bip.
