摘要 目的研究炎症因子血清C-反应蛋白(C Reactive Protein,CRP)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer,DD)和凝血因子纤维蛋白原(Fibrin-ogen,FIB)在下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep Vein Thrombosis,DVT)急性期的意义。方法检测30例DVT急性期住院患者治疗前、治疗3 d及7 d的血清CRP、DD及FIB浓度,测量双下肢膝上15 cm和膝下10 cm处周径,计算患肢与健侧肢体周径差。结果DVT急性期组患者治疗前CRP,DD及FIB浓度显著高于治疗3 d及1周血清(P<0.01);治疗3 d与治疗1周相比CPR及DD存在差异(P<0.01)。结论联合动态监测血清CRP、DD和FIB在DVT急性期的发生和发展中有一定的临床实用价值。 Objective To investigate C reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer(DD)and Fibrinogen(FIB) in patients with acute phase of deep vein thrombosis(DVT).Methods Serum concentration of CRP,DD and FIB of 30 patients with acute DVT was detected on the 3rd day and 7th day respectively after treatment;Lower limb circumferences were measured meanwhile.Results The concentration of CRP,DD and FIB was higher than that of 3rd day and 7th day significantly(P0.01).The concentration of the 3rd day was also higher than that of the 7th day(P0.01).Conclusion There was clinical value to detect the CRP,DD and FIB levels of serum in patients with acute DVT in its occurrence and development.
