血管性认知障碍及其啮齿类动物模型的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着人口老龄化,脑卒中作为中老年人的常见病,发病率越来越高,位于世界死亡原因的第二位,也是获得性认知障碍的第二大病因,仅次于神经病变所致的痴呆。目前对脑血管疾病发生及机制的研究也更加深入,发现脑血管病变可以引起各种认知障碍,包括痴呆和非痴呆。2006年美国-加拿大卒中研究所将由血管因素导致的或与之相关的认知障碍统称为血管性认知障碍(Vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)。因为VCI存在许多阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)发病的危险因素,而且两种痴呆的临床表现有不少相同之处,给鉴别诊断和治疗带来了困难。为了对VCI进行更加深入的研究,就必须对近年来国际上关于VCI的确定和动物模型的研究进行追踪。
