207例Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药调查分析

Prophylactic:a survey analysis of its use in 207 cases of class Ⅰ incision

目的了解抗菌药物专项整治活动开展以来,该院I类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物的改善情况。方法调查该院2011年6～11月份出院的207例I类切口手术(其中疝气152例、乳房肿块26例、甲状腺肿块29例)患者病历,依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,对数据进行统计分析。结果手术预防用药率达76.33%,联合用药预防比例49.76%,预防用药开始时间均在术前0.5～2 h或在麻醉诱导开始时;术后平均用药4.8 d。结论 I类切口手术预防用药整治虽有一定成效,但依然存在指征把握不严、种类选择欠妥、过度用药等问题,应继续进一步规范抗菌药物的使用。

Objective To investigate the use of antimicrobial drugs to improve the situation of classⅠincision surgery.Methods We investigated the medical records of 207 cases of classⅠincision surgery who were discharged from hospital between June and November in 2011（including 152 cases of hernia,26 cases of lump in breast,29 cases of thyroid tumor）,and made statistical analysis of the data according to the Guiding principles of the clinical use of antibiotics.Results The rate of the surgical prevention of medication use was 76.33%.The time of and the combination prevention ratio was 49.76%.The time of using prevention medication began before 0.5 to 2 h before the surgical operation or at the beginning of the induction of anesthesia.The mean postoperative medication was 4.8 d.Conclusion Although prevention medication use has some effective results in ClassⅠincision surgery,lach of indications control,the defect of category selection,over-medication and other issues still exist.We should continue to further standardizae the use of antibacterial drugs.
