从目前国有钢铁企业面临的形势与存在的问题及制约金融业适应和推进国有钢铁企业改革和发展的主要因素及对策方面,较深入地探讨了国有钢铁企业改革发展与金融政策。
The facing condition and problem existed in state owned steel enterprise and main elements to restrict the financial industy and to advance the reformation and development of state owned steel enterprise, this paper discussed deeply the reformation and development of state owned steel enterprise and financial policy.
