摘要
为有效提高煤矿冻结凿井效率,节省凿井能耗,本文设计了一种嵌入式专家-模糊PID流量控制系统,该系统结合了嵌入式系统高效、实时的控制性能和专家-模糊自适应控制的快、稳、准的控制效果,为煤矿冻结凿井流量智能控制提出了一种良好的解决方案。实验和仿真结果表明,在冻结凿井盐水流量控制中应用该控制器比单一的专家PID和模糊PID适应性更好、超调量更小、稳定速度更快,应用价值较高。
To enhance the freezing quality and decrease the energy consumption of freezing sinking efficiently,the authors design a kind of control system which is composed of an embedded system and an expert-fuzzy adaptive PID flux controller,and what's more,this system integrates the virtues of high efficiency,real-time control performance and rapidity,as well as the accuracy and stability of the expert-fuzzy adaptive controller,thus it proposes a good resolution of intelligent flow control for coal mine freezing sinking.The experimental results show that,in the control process of freezing sinking brine flow control,applying the embedded hybrid controller can obviously get better adaptability,less overshoots and a more rapid rate of stabilization than the single expert PID or the fuzzy PID controller,and it will bring a good economic prospect.
