二维超声联合CA19-9对提高胆总管结石检出的价值

Elevated serum CA19-9 levels and B ultrasonography in pantient with common bile duct stones

目的探讨CA19-9与B型超声联合诊断胆总管结石的价值。方法 120例经ERCP或者外科手术证实为胆总管结石的患者,对术前腹部B超与血清CA19-9水平进行分析。结果术前B超检查发现胆总管结石90例,占75%,术前血清CA19-9水平升高68例,占57%,B超检查未发现胆总管结石而血清CA19-9升高15例,占25%。结论术前腹部B超检查结合术前血清CA19-9检查可以提高胆总管结石的诊断率。

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of serum CA19-9 levels and B ultrasonography in patients with common bile duct stones.Methods Sixty cases of patients with common bile duct were dignosed by ERCP.The serum levels of CA19-9 and B ultrasonography were analyzed.Results Patients with common bile duct stones who were diagnosed by B ultrasonography was 90（75%）.The serum levels of CA19-9 increased in 68 pantients（57%）.Fifteen patients（25%） were not diagnosed bile duct stones by B ultrasonography and their serum levels of CA19-9 increased.Conclusion Increased serum levels of CA19-9 and B ultrasonogram are very helpful for diagnosing common bile duct stones.
