比索洛尔治疗51例高龄老年COPD合并心绞痛的疗效观察

Bisoprolol in treatment of 51 cases of clinical observation of senile COPD of a combined with angina pectoris

目的观察比索洛尔(康忻)在治疗高龄老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并心绞痛治疗效果及机制。方法 51例高龄COPD合并心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上服用比索洛尔,疗程为6周,同时设对照组。观察2组临床症状、心电图、心率等变化。结果比索洛尔治疗组在临床症状、心电图、降低心率等指标方面优于对照组(P<0.05),对比索洛尔在治疗COPD合并心绞痛的高龄老年患者提供了很好的依据。结论比索洛尔治疗老年COPD合并心绞痛治疗安全、有效、耐受性好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Bisoprolol（Kang xin）to treating the COPD combined with angina pectoris in the elderly.Methods 51 senile COPD combined with angina pectoris patients had taken additional Bisoprolol（Kang xin）during the routine treatment for six weeks.Clinical symptom,electrocardiogram and heart rate of patients were observed,the efficient of treatment was compared between both groups.Results Bisoprolol（Kang xin）set lowers heart rate to bolt the plain level in the clinical symptom,electrocardiogram etc.The indexes sign all surpass contrast,Comparative Bisoprolol in treatment of the COPD combined with angina pectoris in senile patients provides a very good basis.Conclusion Bisoprolol（Kang xin）is good for treating COPD combined with angina pectoris in the elderly.
