2型糖尿病患者的健康信念和生活质量的相关性研究

Relationship of type 2 diabetes patients' quality of life and health belief

目的了解2型糖尿病患者的健康信念和生活质量的现状,分析其相关性。方法采用描述性研究,使用自制一般情况调查表、糖尿病健康信念量表和生活质量量表对某三甲医院住院的224名2型糖尿病患者进行调查。分析糖尿病患者的健康信念和生活质量状况以及两者的相关性。结果调查对象生存质量水平较低的患者占2.4%,中等水平的占87.9%,较高水平的占9.7%,健康信念中高水平的糖尿病患者占82.14%。健康信念因素影响糖尿病患者的生活质量。结论 2型糖尿病患者的健康信念和生活质量多居于中高水平,健康信念和生活质量有相关性,临床应加强对患者的健康教育工作,通过改善患者的健康信念来提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explove the relationship between diabetes-specific health beliefs and quality of life in 233 subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Health beliefs and quality of life were assessed by self-report questionnaires.SPSS 11.5 was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 224 valid questionnaires were collected.Patients with lower levels of quality of life accounted for 2.4%,middle level 87.9% high level 9.7%.Diabetic patients with a high level of health beliefs accounted for 82.14%.Conclusion The Practice and research attention should include diabetic persons＇perceived barriers to perform diabetes-specific self-care behaviors and perceived severity of the disease to identify potential health beliefs that may need to be altered for improve the quality of life of patients.It includes reinforcing health education,establishing correct attitude and health belief gaining more support from nurses.Thus,health education about how to improve type 2 diabetes patients＇health beliefs would be necessary.
