＂Harmony＂ culture,which embodies traditional culture of Chinese humanism spirit,is an indispensable educational factor of prison execution.To correct the nature of fight,action of outlaw,error of aesthetics and mistake of whole life and make inmates being harmonious with prison and society in process of correction through the education of ＂harmony＂ culture.
