摘要
对混凝土灌注桩在施工过程中常见质量缺陷产生的原因进行归纳与分析,介绍了混凝土灌注桩在施工过程中的质量保证措施;同时结合生产实际,有针对性地提出了断桩、缩颈、钢筋笼上浮、桩身强度不足等一些施工关键质量的控制措施及缺陷处理方法。
The measures that can guarantee the quality of bored concrete pile in the construction were intro- duced after inducing and analyzing the reasons of some common quality defects. At the same time, combined with the practical construction, some control measures and defect treatments for the key construction quality problems of broken pile, necking, lift-up of reinforcement cage, insufficient strength of pile body, etc.
