从工程机械行业管理现状出发,对行业的准入、检测、监管以及持证上岗等方面存在的问题及其带来的影响进行了阐述。提出了工程机械及操作手进行年检、年审的迫切性和必要性,提出了对机械设备进行年检、年审的一些思路和做法。

The problems involving the admission, examination, supervision and working with certificates were expounded along with their impact combined with the status quo of management of construction machinery industry. The urgency and necessity of yearly review of construction machinery and operators were put forward, and some thoughts about the review of the equipment were proposed.
