Research on Network Neutrality in US and EU from the Perspective of Economic Law

经济法学领域的文献是网络中立研究的重要组成部分。当前欧美关于网络中立研究的经济法学视角主要形成了三派观点:支持网络中立并提出相关建议,质疑甚至反对网络中立规制,以有限中立、合作规制为理念的第三条道路。经济法学文献总体上支持网络中立规制,包含理性和建设性,对推进网络中立规制的研究和实践具有重要启示。

The literature on economic law is an important component of research into network neutrality.Currently there exist three different views about network neutrality from the perspective of economic law： supporting network neutrality and proposing some related suggestions,doubting and even denying network neutrality,adhering to limited neutrality and co-regulation.The literature on economic law as a whole supports network neutrality regulation both rationally and constructively,which is of great significance to promote researches and practices of network neutrality regulation.
