摘要
高职教师转型和提升渠道狭窄,成长速度慢,专业团队建设缺乏规划性,是不争的事实。面对这个十分重要而又较难解决的环节,必须理性地认识其存在的困境,探索双向兼职的解决之道,并力图形成一种良性的机制。
It is an indisputable fact that higher vocational education is developing slowly,including few channels for teacher transformation and upgrading,lack of planning of professional team-building.As teacher transformation is an important and difficult task,we should have a rational understanding and explore two-way part-time professional team building so as to form a sound mechanism.
