Feasibility Study of Effective Agreement between Business Foreign Language Talents Training and Service Outsourcing Industry Development

商务外语类专业人才培养要主动适应社会经济发展的需要,根据不同地域、不同行业对外语人才需求的差异,创新人才培养思路。文章结合无锡商业职业技术学院商务外语类专业人才培养与无锡地区服务外包产业发展人才需求,提出了相关的建议。

There are strong local features in the needs of talents in all trades and professions.To train qualified personnel of business foreign languages,it is suggested to blaze new trails to actively meet the needs of social and economic development in local areas and the requirements of different trades and professions.This paper puts forward some proposals for effective agreement between business foreign language talents training and service outsourcing industry development.
