碎石化技术在旧水泥混凝土路面改造施工中的应用

Application of Rubblization Technology in Old Cement Concrete Pavement Reconstruction

以东海县山桃公路水泥混凝土路面改造工程为依托,结合已有的碎石化理论和科研成果,介绍了碎石化技术的原理、特点、设备。结果表明:旧水泥混凝土路面碎石化具有施工方便、节约资源等优点,而且能有效防止或消除反射裂缝的发生,在国内应用前景良好。

Combined with the cement concrete road rebuilding project of Shantao highway in Donghai county, based on the existing rubblization theory and scientific research achievement,the principle,characteristic and equipment of rubblization technology were introduced.The results show that：rubblization of old cement concrete pavement has the advantages of construction convenient,saving resources,etc,and can effectively prevent or eliminate crack reflection,has good application prospect in China.
