摘要
对城镇大比例数据进行归类,提取适合三维建模的点、线、面要素,然后对要素进行重新组织,利用Arc Scene,依据三维表达的要求,对地形背景建立DEM并与DOM叠加处理,界址点、控制点等点状地物建立三维独立地物符号库,一般建筑物按高度进行拉伸,而对标志性建筑物采用三维建模软件按二维轮廓进行精细模型制作。利用2D GIS中城镇地籍数据信息建立城市三维模型方法可行有效,有利于推进三维地籍的发展。
This article has classified a large numbers of data cities and towns,extracting for three-dimensional modeling of point,line and surface elements,and then re-organize the data to create a DEM background field and superimposed with the DOM using the Arc Scene.With the requirements of three-dimensional expression,boundary points,control points and other point-like surface features are put in place to create the symbol library of 3D independent of surface features.General building height stretching,iconic buildings using 3D modeling software by two-dimensional outline of the fine modeling.Tow-Dimensional Urban Cadastral of GIS data to establish the method of three-dimensional model of the city is feasible and effective;it will help promote the development of a 3D cadastre.
