建立校企合作长效机制的思考

On establishing long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation

高等职业教育的宗旨在于为社会培养"创新型高技能人才"。校企合作、工学结合是高等职业教育的显著特点,也是提高教学质量的必由之路。建立"深度融合、互利共赢"的长效合作机制是校企合作的必然要求,也是目前高等职业教育积极探索的一个热点问题。本文结合校企合作的模式,分析校企合作存在的问题,提出建立长效合作机制的几点思考。

Higher vocational education aims to cultivate ＂innovative, highly skilled personnel＂ for the country. School-enterprise cooperation, combining learning with working are significant features of higher vocational educa- tion, which are also play vital roles in improving teaching quality. Establishing long-term mechanism of school-en- terprise cooperation is the inevitable requirement of school-enterprise cooperation, which has become a hot issue in higher vocational education studies. This paper gives an analysis of the problems of school-enterprise cooperation and proposes some advice on establishing long-term mechanism.
