Taking the cooperation between Ningbo newspaper group and overseas media as an example, the paper explores ways for local media to disseminate internationally in the new environment in order that we can set up a friendly exterior environment and strengthen our national power for our reform and opening up in a situation of strong WEST and weak EAST.
