摘要
浙江广厦建设职业技术学院从社会实际需求出发,利用高职学院建筑专业的优势,开展一系列建筑业社会职业培训工作。结合学校的专业师资力量,分析目前开展社会化职业技能培训的基本情况,探索开展建筑业职业培训的实践之路,研究存在的问题,为企业培养高素质技能型人才,为社会解决就业压力,为个人提升自我价值,取得了可喜的成绩。
Given the social actual needs, Zhejiang Guangsha College of Applied Construction Technology takes the advantage of architecture specialty to conduct a series of social training. This paper analyzes the basic conditions of social skill training, probes the professional training practice in architecture industry and studies its problems in hopes that Social training can produce high quality skilled talents for enterprises, reduce employment pressure and enhance self-value.
