摘要
积极有效的校园文化可以激发学生对管理工作的认可度和配合度,从而提高管理工作的效率,降低工作难度。高职院校的校园文化建设与本科院校不同,针对不同的受众群体和教育性质,我们需要创建出符合高职院校特点的校园文化,并通过校园活动的开展贯彻升华校园文化。
Active and effective campus culture may stimulate recognition and cooperation by students and improve the efficiency of management by reducing the difficulty in the work. The construction of such culture in professional colleges is different from that in ordinary universities. With different educates, we should project our own feature and upgrade our campus culture with various activities.
