摘要
基于流变学和型砂微变形理论 ,研究了湿型砂的粘塑性 ,对湿型砂的粘塑性本质进行了分析 ,并对反映型砂粘塑性的性能指标———塑变临界值进行了检测和试验研究 ,考察了膨润土含量和紧实率对塑变临界值的影响。还对标准砂样抗压测试过程的本质特征曲线进行了分析 ,认为 ,可将砂样抗压变形过程分为粘弹性变形。
Based on theology and micro deformation theory of green sand,the viscose plasticity of green sand has been studied,and the essential viscose plastic characteristics have been discussed.A parameter named plastic deformation threshold,which can reflect the viscose plastic property of green sand,has been experimentally studied and measured,and the effects of bentonite percentage and compatibility on plastic deformation threshold have been investigated.Furthermore,the characteristic curve of standard sand specimen obtained in the compressive test has been deeply analyzed,the deformation process of sand specimen compression is divided into three stages:viscose elastic deformation,viscose plastic deformation and rupture stage.
