摘要
测定了控制冷却Si Mn贝氏体 /马氏体耐磨铸钢的过冷奥氏体等温转变曲线 ,并以此为依据 ,对这种钢的等温淬火工艺及性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,通过Si、Mn复合合金化 ,可使钢的珠光体转变和贝氏体转变分离 ,过冷奥氏体稳定性提高。该钢理想的等温处理工艺为 80 0℃奥氏体化 +2 80℃等温 3h。经此工艺处理后获得的下贝氏体
By determining the T T T curve and studying the isothermal quenching process of the controlled cooling Si Mn bainite martensite wear resisting cast steel,we have get some useful conclusions.Only by adding cheap Si and Mn,the curve of bainite transformation and pearlite transformation in T T T curve of the steel have shifted to the right and separated.Stability of undercooling austenite is increased.The good isothermal quenching process is austenitizing at 800℃ and thermal quenching at 280℃ for 3 hours.The result of experiment indicates that we can get bainite martensite structure with good synthetical pro perty under proper isothermal quenching process.
