Chinese Construction Analysis of "You See You" and "I See Me",and Its Discourse Function and Cause of Formation

在现代汉语中,"你看你"、"我看我"是较为典型的"构式"。借鉴构式语法的理论框架,认为"你看你"、"我看我"在话语环境中体现了说话人与受话人之间主观化、交互主观化两种机制不断作用的过程,具有典型的语境适切度。"你看你"、"我看我"经过语用推理的反复运用和不断凝固化,最终形成了主观性表达成分。*"他看他"不具有主观性成分表达的普适性,无法正式进入交际过程中。

Based on the theory of Construction Grammar,the paper thinks that the constructions of＂You see you＂ and ＂I see me＂ can be viewed as the typical constructions in the modern Chinese,and they reflect both the subjectivity between the speaker and the hearer and the process in which subjectivity and inter-subjectivity interact with each other.The two constructions have typical context relevancy.Through the repeated use of pragmatic interference and continuous solidification,they can form subjective expressions.＂He sees him＂,however,does not have such general applicability and cannot be used in the formal communications.
