张家口文化休闲旅游发展的SWOT分析及对策研究

SWOT Analysis of Zhangjiakou Cultural Leisure Tourism

运用SWOT分析法,分析了张家口的文化休闲旅游发展,认为其具有区位条件好、交通便利、时空距离短、旅游资源丰富等优势,但也存在政府规划滞后、旅游产品价高质次、人才匮乏等劣势;旅游发展面临着政策支持、"五一"长假调整等机遇,但也存在客源市场竞争激烈、发展背景同构等潜在威胁。在此基础上,提出了纳入政府规划体系、明确战略定位、借鉴成功经验、走创新之路等策略,以期促进张家口文化休闲旅游的快速发展。

Using the SWOT,this article makes a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the development of Zhangjiakou cultural leisure tourism,and thinks that it has advantages of good location condition,convenient transportation,short time and space distance and rich tourism resources.Meanwhile,Zhangjiakou has its disadvantages of the lagging government planning,high price but inferior quality tourism products,and talent shortage,etc.Its tourism development is faced with some opportunities such as the policy support and the adjustment of May Day holiday as well as with some threats such as the fierce market competition and equal development background.On such basis,the article puts forward some strategies such as inserting its development into the government planning system,confirming strategic position,learning from the successful experience and taking the road of the innovation,etc.,in the hope of promoting the rapid development of Zhangjiakou cultural leisure tourism.
