By reviewing and analyzing the succession of action research activities between volunteer team members,this paper has the intention of exemplifying one effective way for the college English teachers to develop professionally in and through action research.The reflective method is highly valued in their co-learning community,which is supposed to be an effective example for a broader sense of research in teachers＇professional development.
