大学生创业基本素质分析——以河北北方学院为例

Analysis of Basic Entrepreneurship Qualities of College Students——Taking Hebei North University for Example

创业者的素质直接关系创业的成败。通过对河北北方学院大学生创业基本素质状况的调查,发现目前大学生创业素质存在以下不足:思想道德素质有待提高;创业知识欠缺与创业能力不足;身体状况和心理素质偏低;创新意识淡薄。提出改革课程设置、发挥第二课堂育人功效、开辟创业社会实践基地等解决措施。

The entrepreneurs＇qualities concern directly the success or failure of business.Based on the investigation of basic entrepreneurship qualities of college students in Hebei North University,the paper finds that college students are insufficient in the following aspects：the deficiency of gracious ideological and moral qualities,lack of entrepreneurship knowledge and ability,low physical and mental qualities,and weak innovative consciousness.The paper puts forward some suggestions,such as reforming the courses offered,making full use of the second classroom,establishing social practice bases,etc.
