The essence of merging different universities is the optimization and reorganization of educational resources,and the status of educational resource configuration is directly related to the development quality of these universities,which needs close attention of these universities＇ leaders and relevant departments.The configuration of educational resources in merged universities should focus on tangible material,human and financial resources as well as intangible development philosophy and management system.
