英汉翻译中译者对比意识的培养

Study on Translators' Contrast Consciousness in the Process of E-C Translation

在英汉翻译实践中,由于有些译者缺乏一定的英汉语言对比意识,过于"忠实"原文的形式,而很少考虑到目标语的表现力以及两种语言在各个层面的差异性,所以翻译出来的译文显得生硬僵化,要么带有翻译腔,要么尽是语病。为了克服这一现象,译者有必要在翻译实践中加强英汉语言对比意识的培养。

Due to the lack of contrast consciousness,some translators are superficially ＂loyal＂ to the source text,whereas ignoring the expressiveness of the target language and the differences between two languages.Therefore,their translated texts are unnatural with translationese or language errors.In order to improve translators＇ translation competence,it is necessary for them to highlight their consciousness to make contrasts between English and Chinese.The paper focused on both macro-differences and micro-differences between English and Chinese,with the purpose to improve translators＇ contrast consciousness in the process of translation.
