结合医院图书馆的工作实际,充分发挥医院图书馆的主观能动作用,积极为临床医学院的学生提供服务。医院图书馆要适时转变观念,更新理念,适应需求,把培养知识型、高精尖、高素质的医学人才任务放在重要的位置,努力培养复合型医学人才。

Considering their actual work,hospital libraries should make full of their own initiatives and offer active services for the clinical medical students.It is required that hospital libraries should change their concepts,update the ideas,adapt themselves to the needs,and place the task of cultivating knowledge-based,sophisticated,high-quality medical personnel on the important position.
