中国大学教学管理实践的迟滞现象与发展改革走势 被引量:4

摘要 知识经济时代,创新、国际化和人的发展的大学教育理念取代了需求性教育思想,大学教育的根本任务是促进人的全面发展,大学教学管理遵循以学生为本的理念。中国大学教学管理在实际中仍滞后于先进的教育思想和理念,与当今人才培养的需求不相适应:在人才培养模式上仍是需求性的和机械的,在教学管理上仍是行政化的和以教为中心的,在人才培养目标上仍是空泛的和死板的,在教师队伍的管理上仍是简单的和表面化的,在教学评价上仍是单调的和形式化的。需要真正应用现代教育思想指导大学教学管理实际,创新人才培养模式,建立现代大学教学管理制度,改革教学管理和教学评价方式,全面提高教学管理水平。 With the coming of knowledge economy, the university educational idea has changed funda- mentally. Innovation, internationalization and human development have replaced required educational thoughts. The fundamental task of higher education is promoting all-round development of human beings and the university teaching management should follow the student-oriented idea. I.agging behind the advanced education thoughts, the practice of university teaching management in China does not fit the require- ments of talent training nowadays. The talent training mode is still mechanical and of the demand, the teaching management is still administrative and teaching-centered, the talent training target is still vague and general and hidebound, the teacher management is still simple and superficial, and the teaching evaluation is still monotonic and formalized in Chinese universities. So the university teaching management prac- tice must be directed by the modern education thoughts to innovate the talent mode, to establish the modern university teaching management system, and to reform the manner of teaching management and teaching evaluation so that the university teaching management level would be improved overall.
